The Kenyalang Gold Card (KGC) is an initiative introduced by the Sarawak Government to provide social support and recognition to Sarawakians aged 60 years and above and hold a MyKad with status ‘K’.
KGC enables senior citizens to access various privileges, including discounts on a range of products and services offered by participating merchants.
Iin addition to compassionate assistance amounting to RM1,800 to partially defray funeral expenses, subject to specified terms and conditions.

1. Malaysian citizen with status “K” on MyKad and a permanent resident of Sarawak;
2. Must be age 60 and above.

Individuals who meet the eligibility criteria will automatically be granted entitlement to receive KGC. You only need to activate it online, after which the virtual card can be accessed through the SarawakPass mobile application.
