This service allows beneficiaries of the Senior Citizen Health Benefit (SCHB) program to check their remaining balance available for use within the current year.
The Senior Citizen Health Benefit is an initiative by the Sarawak Government to provide cashless outpatient treatment at Panel Clinics, with a maximum limit of RM500 per person per year.

- Malaysian citizen with an identity card bearing the "K" status;
- Aged 60 years and above;
- Household income of RM7,000.00 or below per month; and
- Not receiving outpatient treatment financing/protection from any other agency.
