Individual or private nurseries who wants to apply for SPBT certification with Department of Agricultural Sarawak
The applicant is required to provide the following supporting document:
- A copy of applicant's identity card or passport number
- Sarawak ID account
- Copy of Land Titles
- Copy of Licenses, Contract or Agreement (if any)
The service is available online.
A citizen who resides in the area of operation of this Establishment; and currently active in prodicong planting materials.
