Consumer(s) who is/are facing water meter lost due theft can apply for water meter replacement.
The applicant is required to provide the following supporting document :
- Proof of Identity (MyKad or Passport or Company Registration Certificate)
- Authorised Letter from owner if application is by representative
- Police Report
Legal owner or representative with letter of consent.
The applicant is required to pay the meter cost.
The applicant is require to settle the following charges :
- Applicant is required to pay bill for new water meter replacement.
- Installation fees of new water meter.
