How do I get the contact details of Sarawak Government agencies?

The contact details of all Sarawak Government agencies are available in this portal under “Directories”. You can search by agency type or name.

Where can I find the Sarawak Cabinet members list?

The Sarawak Cabinet members listing is available in this portal under “Sarawak Government - Legislative”.

How do I provide feedback on this Sarawak Government Official Portal?

You can fill in the online feedback form available under "Feedback".  Our webmaster will reply to your feedback within three working days.



4.
How do I make complaints or provide feedback to Sarawak Government or non-Government organisations?

You can reach all Government and non-Government organisations via our online service, Talikhidmat. The Talikhidmat system was initiated by the Sarawak Government to provide an online public channel to log complaints, enquiry and feedback concerning Sarawak public services. The Talikhidmat System is available in this Portal under "Online Services - Talikhidmat".  Alternatively you can fill in the feedback forms and our webmaster will redirect the message to Talikhidmat.

How do I join the Sarawak Government Services?

You can register yourself with our e-recruitment system. The system also allows you to search for current vacancies any Sarawak Government agencies, apply for jobs. You will also receive invitations to interview via the system. The system is available within this Portal under "Online Services".

SarawakPass (formerly known as SarawakID)

What is SarawakPass?

SarawakPass is your single online identity that provides you a simpler, easier and more secure access to Sarawak Government digital services.

Just register once to instantly access multiple available online services without the need to re-register or re-login for different services.



2.
How do I recover my password?

1) Navigate to the "Password Login" tab and click on Recover SarawakPass.

2) Choose your status: Malaysian or Non-Malaysian.

3) Click "Reset Password" if you need to set a new password.

4) Select Verification Method: Choose how you want to receive your One-Time Password (OTP):

- Click "OTP via SMS" to send the code to your registered mobile number.

- Click "OTP via Email" to send the code to your registered email address.

5) Enter your MyKad Number and your registered Mobile Number or Email (depending on your choice in step 4).

6) Click the "I am not a robot" checkbox and complete the security validation.

7) Click the Submit button to send the OTP and proceed to verification.

8) Check your selected channel (SMS or Email) for the 6-digit OTP.

9) Input the code into the OTP field and click Submit.

10) You will be taken to the "Reset Password" screen.

11) Create New Password: Your new password must meet the following criteria:

- At least 8 characters long.

- Include at least one uppercase letter.

- Include at least one number.

- Include at least one special character.

12) Enter the new password in the "New Password" field and then again in the "Retype Password" field.

13) Click Submit. A final pop-up will confirm: "Success: Password reset successful!" Click OK.

How do I recover my SarawakPass?

1) Navigate to the "Password Login" tab and click on Recover SarawakPass.

2) Choose your status: Malaysian or Non-Malaysian.

3) Click "Recover username" if you've forgotten your username.

4) Select Verification Method: Choose how you want to receive your One-Time Password (OTP):

- Click "OTP via SMS" to send the code to your registered mobile number.

- Click "OTP via Email" to send the code to your registered email address.

5) Enter your MyKad Number and your registered Mobile Number or Email (depending on your choice in step 4).

7) Click the "I am not a robot" checkbox and complete the security validation.

8) Click the Submit button to send the OTP and proceed to verification.

9) Check your selected channel (SMS or Email) for the 6-digit OTP.

10) Input the code into the "OTP" field and click Submit.

11) A "Success: Email/Mobile number verified successfully!" message will appear. Click OK.

12) A final confirmation screen will display your successfully recovered username (e.g., "Your username has been recovered successfully. This is your username testing01.").

13) Click "Proceed to Homepage" to log in with your recovered username.

How do I verify my SarawakPass account?

Please install the SarawakPass Mobile App and log in to complete the eKYC verification to verify your account.

How do I do register a SarawakPass account?

Before register, please ensure you have a valid email address, and you remember the password to the email. This is important as the email address will be use for operation such as, password reset and important notifications. After that, please find the “Register for SarawakPass” button and follow the steps-by-steps process. Please use your full name and MyKad number or passport number, as per your MyKad/Passport, during the registration.

Why do I need to register SarawakPass?

SarawakPass enables you to access the online digital services provided by the Sarawak Government as well as participating services via a single ID.



7.
I cannot proceed with SarawakPass registration, because it say my MyKad number already been used.

Beforehand, try to remember did you register on SarawakPass prior this. If you have not register an account before, than probably your full name and MyKad number has been used by other. Please proceed to report the problem to us at SAINS Contact Centre.



8.
How do I recover my SarawakPass and password if I have forgotten it?

If you have forgotten your SarawakPass ID,  please navigate to the "Password Login" tab and select "Recover SarawakPass", then follow the on-screen steps to recover your username by choosing your status (Malaysian or Non-Malaysian), selecting a verification method (OTP via SMS or Email), entering your MyKad and registered contact details, and completing the OTP verification process.

Once verified, a success message will display your recovered username—click "Proceed to Homepage" to log in using the retrieved credentials.

 

If you have forgotten your password, please go to the "Password Login" tab and select "Recover SarawakPass", then choose your status (Malaysian or Non-Malaysian) and click "Reset Password". Follow the on-screen steps to verify your account via OTP (SMS or Email), then create a new password that meets the required criteria, confirm it, and submit to complete the reset — a success message will appear once your password has been updated.If you have forgotten your registered mobile number, email or passport, please proceed to report the problem to us at SAINS Contact Centre.



9.
I cannot recover my SarawakPass password, because I cannot access my email. What should I do?

Please proceed to report a problem to us at SAINS Contact Centre.



10.
I have forgotten password for Sarawak Pay, I cannot proceed to SarawakPass registration.

To reset your password, you may proceed to the following page respectively:

11.
I did not receive the 6-digit One-Time Password (OTP) code to my email / mobile number.

Kindly wait for about 5 minutes, then click “Resend OTP” to get a new code.

If you still did not receive the OTP after carry out the methods above, then proceed to report the problem to us at SAINS Contact Centre.

How do I change my email?

Please login into your SarawakPass account and click the Update / Activate Email link.

Can I change my SarawakPass Login ID?

We regret to inform you that you are not able to change your SarawakPass login ID.
