Strategic Plan 2025 - 2030 | MEITD




                  optimizing  budget  utilization,  ensuring  regulatory  compliance,  improving  service  delivery,  and
                  strengthening human capital within MEITD.

                  A  robust  Implementation  and  Delivery  framework  underpins  the  Strategic  Plan,  guided  by  a
                  governance structure that includes the MEITD management team, a dedicated strategic oversight
                  committee, and a Balanced Scorecard (BSC) Focal Person responsible for monitoring and reporting
                  performance. Critical Success Factors include leadership commitment, stakeholder engagement,
                  agile execution, risk management, and continuous improvement.
                  Evaluation of the Strategic Plan is conducted annually, with a mid-term review scheduled for 2026.
                  Performance  is  measured  through  the  MEITD  Corporate  Scorecard,  which  assesses  progress
                  against key performance indicators (KPIs) across all strategic pillars. This dynamic and responsive
                  approach ensures that MEITD remains aligned with Sarawak ’s developmental goals and adapts to
                  emerging challenges and opportunities.

                  In conclusion, MEITD ’s Strategic Plan 2025–2030 represents a comprehensive, multi-dimensional
                  roadmap  to  advance  education,  foster  innovation,  and  develop  a  future-ready  workforce.  By
                  strategically leveraging  its  resources and partnerships, MEITD is poised to play a pivotal role in
                  Sarawak ’s journey toward socio-economic transformation, global competitiveness, and sustainable
                  development.
