KUCHING: A delegation of Rotary leaders paid a courtesy call on acting Head of State Tan Sri Datuk Amar Bujang Mohammed Nor at Astana Negeri recently.

The delegation was led by Rotary International District 3310 governor Datuk Lee Chuen Wan, who was accompanied by his wife district first lady Datuk Naomi Chong.

During the visit, Bujang was briefed on the various Rotary projects that have been carried out as well as those that are in the pipeline to serve the community of Kuching and Sarawak as a whole.

He was also presented with a copy of ‘Rotary in Borneo’, a book documenting the 80-year history of Rotary in Borneo.

Also present were past district governor Andre Suharto and his wife Norzan Bujang, assistant governor for Kuching Datuk Thomas Ngu, Rotary Club of Kuching president Joanna Ting, and Rotary Club of Kuching South president Fang Yu He.
