4. Compliance and Awareness Programme of Forest Worker Insurance Coverage
During the year, awareness and compliance survey was carried out in Sibu, Bintulu, Miri and
Limbang Division. Twenty-one logging camps were visited and checked for awareness and
compliance with the loggers personal group insurance as stipulated under section 54A(2) of
Forests Ordinance (Cap. 126).
