                         Workforce Readiness Gap

                         •   There is an increasing mismatch between the skills supplied by the education system
                             and the demands of emerging industries, particularly in high-growth sectors such as
                             renewable energy, digital technology, and biotechnology.
                         •   A lack of future-ready skills, digital proficiency, and adaptability among graduates may
                             impact employability and economic competitiveness.
                         •   Enhancing  TVET  programs,  industry-academia  collaboration,  and  lifelong  learning
                             pathways  is  essential  to  develop  a  workforce  that  is  responsive  to  technological
                             advancements and economic transformation.
