This strategic objective focuses on embedding the six shared values of the Sarawak Civil Service—
                  Integrity, Kind and Caring, Professionalism, Sense of Urgency and Ownership, Team Spirit,
                  and Result-Oriented—into MEITD ’s organisational culture and daily operations. The internalization
                  of  these  values  ensures  that  the  ministry  operates  with  the  highest  ethical  standards,  fosters  a
                  positive and collaborative work environment, and delivers impactful results for its stakeholders.

                  By  emphasizing  shared  values,  MEITD  seeks  to  align  its  workforce  with  the  principles  of  good
                  governance,  accountability,  and  excellence.  This  objective  supports  the  ministry ’s  mission  of
                  advancing education, innovation, and talent development in Sarawak, while contributing to the overall
                  credibility and effectiveness of the Sarawak Civil Service.
