                   This strategic objective aims to build the capacity of MEITD ’s workforce by fostering a culture of
                   continuous learning, professional growth, and adaptability. By enhancing the skills, competencies,
                   and leadership capabilities of its personnel, MEITD ensures that its team is equipped to deliver high-
                   quality services, address emerging challenges, and drive the ministry ’s  strategic priorities. This
                   objective also emphasizes aligning staff development initiatives with the ministry’ s focus areas—
                   Education,  Innovation,  and  Talent  Development—to  ensure  that  internal  resources  effectively
                   support Sarawak ’s broader socio-economic goals.
