Application of eLASIS user account

There are two (2) main types of eLASIS accounts: the BASIC ACCOUNT and the PREMIUM ACCOUNT.
 The BASIC ACCOUNT is intended for general public use, while the PREMIUM ACCOUNT is divided into three (3) subtypes, which are:
 

  1. Account for Submission of Survey Jobs & Extraction of Survey(Licensed Land Surveyors),
  2. Account for Lodgement of Land Instruments (Law Firms), and
  3. Account for SMART Enforcements Licensee Portal.

Company can register for SarawakID and Sarawak Corp, and then access this service through the service catalogue.
Company ought to be registered under the Companies Act 2016 (Section 17) (Act 777). Company which is not registered in Malaysia must have a registered address in Malaysia.
