                  To achieve the desired outcomes, PCDS 2030 outlines two core strategies, supported by catalytic
                  initiatives and key enablers.

                      4.1.  Core Strategy

                            1.  Integrated Workforce   Develop a workforce with job-ready skills, aligning

                          To sustainably implement PCDS 2030, MEITD emphasizes six key enablers:

                            2.  Infrastructure    &  Expanding  access  to  high-quality  education  facilities,
