                NASA SPACE APPS

  The world’s one of the largest global hackathon, NASA Space Apps is one of MEITD main
  programme in collaboration with Realfun Academy Sdn. Bhd. carried out annually, where
  students across Sarawak get to join in creating and designing mobile apps, and global
  winners will win a trip to NASA Headquarters in United States.

    Participations: 5,620


      Senior Category Winners

      Champion: ASTROBYTE (Swinburne University of Technology Sarawak)
      1st Runner Up: Hackers&Moles (University of Technology Sarawak)
      2nd Runner Up: SupaStellar (University of Malaysia, Sarawak)
      Consolation: The Space Rangers (University of Technology Sarawak)
      Consolation: CosmicNova (University of Malaysia, Sarawak)

      Junior Category Winners

      Champion: Stardust Merbau (SMK Merbau)
      1st Runner Up: The Voyager (SMK Methodist)
      2nd Runner Up: ORION-5A (SMK DPHA GAPOR)
      Consolation: Nebula Navigator (SMK Kapit)
      Consolation: Dubai (Woodlands International School)














                                  The only Sarawak team
                               confirmed to have visited NASA
                                headquarters in the USA was
                                "Team Change Maker" from
                                 SMK Bintulu, who won the
                               global competition in 2021 and
                                   made the trip in 2023.
