ROBOTIC COMPETITION (INTERNATIONAL)

World Robot Olympiad (WRO) Open Championship 2024,
Brescia, Italy (Sept 25–28, 2024):
SMK Chung Hua Miri: The "UP UP" team, comprising Elson Kieu
Chee Yang, Sim Zhi Yang, and Sasha Liz Liew, clinched the Robo
Sports champion title.
Institut Pendidikan Guru Miri Campus (IPGM): Achieved second
place in the Senior Robo Mission category.
SJK(C) Chung Hua Miri: Secured sixth place among 52 teams
in the Robo Mission Elementary category.
World Robot Olympiad (WRO) International Final 2024, İzmir, Turkey (Nov 28–30,2024):
SMK Chung Hua Miri:
Robomission Junior team: Won the gold medal, emerging as world champions
Robomission Senior team: Earned the silver medal.
Robosport team: Secured the bronze medal.
Future Innovators team: Received an Award of Excellence for finishing fourth.

National Robotic Competition 2024 Finals, Cyberjaya, Selangor:
SMK Chung Hua Miri:
Secured three gold medals in the Robomission Junior,
Robosport, and Future Innovators categories.
Obtained one silver medal in the Robomission Senior
category.
IPG Sarawak Miri Campus:
Achieved one gold, one silver, and one bronze medal in the
Robomission Rookie category.
Earned one gold, one silver, and one bronze medal in the
Future Engineer category.
