FREE LAPTOP & BOOK VOUCHERS

Objectives:
Reduce the cost of purchasing laptops and books for students from low-income families;
Help students gain access to digital learning resources to support the learning process
in institutions of higher learning (IPT); and
Provide support to students to excel academically and subsequently contribute to the
development of Sarawak.
Eligibility criteria:
Native Sarawakian students who are in their first year of study, enrolled in Diploma or
Bachelor's Degree programs, and are attending full-time studies.
Parents or guardians with a household income per capita of RM1,500.00 or below.
Certified and verified by the respective higher education institution confirming that the
student meets the above requirements.
BANTUAN KEWANGAN KHAS (POCKET MONEY)
Objectives:
Reduce the financial burden on students in covering the cost of
living at institutions of higher learning (IPT) throughout their period
of study;
Encourage students to focus entirely on their studies;
Improve the academic performance of Sarawakian students in all
public and private institutions of higher learning (IPTA and IPTS)
throughout Malaysia; and
Produce human capital that will contribute to the development of
the state across various sectors.
Eligibility criteria:
RM1,200 allocated for Native Sarawakian students who are in their first year of study,
eligible student per enrolled in Diploma or Bachelor's Degree programs, and are
year attending full-time studies.
Certified and verified by the respective higher education institution
confirming that the student meets the above requirements.
