                  The Ministry of Education, Innovation, and Talent Development (MEITD) plays a foundational role in
                  positioning Sarawak as a global innovation cluster by 2030, as outlined in the provided framework.
                  MEITD's  mandate  spans  education,  research,  commercialization,  and  workforce  development,
                  making  it  a  key  enabler  in  driving  R&D  growth,  fostering  an  innovation-driven  economy,  and
                  strengthening human capital.
