This strategic objective aims to ensure strict adherence to financial policies, regulations, and
standards across MEITD ’ s operations, with particular emphasis on compliance with financial
regulations and circulars issued by the Sarawak Financial Secretary ’s Office, the State Treasury, and
adherence to Treasury Instructions. By fostering a culture of compliance and transparency, MEITD
seeks to minimize financial risks, enhance accountability, and build stakeholder trust.
