National Talent Enhancement Programme (NTEP) is an apprenticeship programme to
develop industry relevant skills of graduates via partnership with companies.
Objectives
To enhance the employability of engineering and technical graduates by
providing on-the-job experience through apprenticeship in companies.
Synergistic Networking
Objectives
Provide a platform for networking, knowledge exchange, and fostering
collaborations that can drive sustainable development in the region.
Assist our local fresh graduates in enhancing their skills and knowledge.
Strengthening collaboration/partnership between institutions - industry
players in developing the talent/expertise.
