Sarawak Talent Development Policy
Objectives
A vision of the talent standards, which shall be the prerequisites of
development and growth of Sarawak.
An overall framework, guidance and facilitation for the talent
regulatory development in Sarawak.
Guidance for all decision makers and implementing agencies in the
execution of their mandates and duties.
An integrated platform towards centralizing all efforts for sustainable
talent ecosystem in Sarawak.
Program Latihan Kemahiran (PLK) under Program Khas
Bumiputera (PKB) Sarawak
Objectives
Developing the socio-economic well-being of the Bumiputera
community in Sarawak from the B40 group (household income of
less than RM3,720.00 per month) in the effort to eradicate poverty.
Improving the living standards of the Bumiputera community in
Sarawak from the B40 group (household income of less than
RM3,720.00 per month) by providing appropriate education and
skills training.
Industry Continuous Professional Development (iCPD)
Objectives
To assist the local Sarawakian in finding relevant training courses to
enhance their skills and knowledge while improving their marketability.
To strengthen collaboration / partnership between institutions –
industry players in developing the talent / expertise.
