BIOVERDE TECHNOLOGIES SDN BHD

BioVerde Technologies Sdn Bhd (BVT), a subsidiary of the Sarawak SARAWAK BIODIVERSITY CENTRE’S SUBSIDIARY
Biodiversity Council held its Inaugural Board of Directors meeting on 24 th
March 2025. The Board comprises its Chairman, Dato Sri Wan Lizozman Wan
Omar, and directors Tuan Haji Adana Bin Haji Jed and Datu Jack Liam. BVT
th
was incorporated on 12 February 2025 to undertake commercial activities
derived from Sarawak Biodiversity Centre’s research, aimed at promoting
the development and commercialisation of bioproducts and services.
