“The second waves of the politic of development in Sarawak and the Federal initiative will focus on
the rural areas of Sarawak. As one of the last frontier, Upper Baram or Kedaya Telang Usan has huge
potential for social and economic development. As such I humbly urge that we should welcome and
embrace the development programme and prepare our rural people through education, hardwork,
