Client's Charter
| 1 | Provide responses to the public complaints or enquiries through Talikhidmat system within 1 working days. |
| 2 | Provide feedback to all request for advice on matters related to protocol within three (3) working days. |
| 3 | Vacancies under the jurisdiction of the State Secretary filled in within thirty (30) working days after the screening. |
| 4 | Complete the transfer / distribution of the agencies that apply within three (3) working days to complete documents and meet all the requirements. |
| 5 | Informed the client agencies on the list of development project funded by the State within fourteen (14) working days upon approval by the Sarawak State Cabinet (MMKN). |
