1.How do i get the contact details of Sarawak Government Agencies?
 The contact details for Sarawak Government Agencies is available in this portal under “Directory”.

How do i get the State Anthem?

 You listen to the State Anthem at http://www.sarawak.gov.my/content/view/56/57/ , please turned on your speaker when you open the page.
3. What should i do to join the Sarawak Governmnet Services?
 You can register and apply for State Government vacancy via online application system “e-recuitment” via option 1 and option 2.
4.What are the bills that i can pay via online bill payment?
 You can pay electricity bills, water bills, telephone bills, council bills, land rental and land installment premium and many more. You can check out the full list of biller and banks via "Paybill Malaysia”.
5.What are the payment channel that available via online bills payment?
 You can made the payment via your bank accounts or credit cards. Please check out the list of banks and payment channel for respectives bank in “Paybills Malaysia” at http://www.sarawak.gov.my/content/view/20/30/.
6.How do i provide feedback / complaints to Sarawak Government?
 You can provide your feedback / complaints to Sarawak Government via our “TALIKHIDMAT ”. The system will channeled your case to relevant parties for further action. You can trace the status of your case through this system too.
7. How do i navigate around this portal?
 

The main navigation menu is locate at the left of the Portals (Figure 1 - A), move your mouse over the menu, the subject item related to each menu will shown. Click on subject item that you wish to see. Another menu locate at the bottom of the website (Figure 2- B).

8. How do i access the online services?
 

You can acces the online services via thre option as shown below:

Option 1:

Click on the "Online Services" as shown in Figure 2 - A. In this page, you will be able to view the brief description on each online services and also a link to access the services within the description.

Option 2:

Move over your mouse to Figure 2 - A, then Figure 2- B , then Figure 2- C to access directly to a specific online services.

You can provide feedback to this Portal via our online feedback form as shown in figure 4.
